- Free initial consultation.
- At least 2 x antenatal planning visits to discuss your questions, desires, fears, birth options, written birth preferences, comfort techniques, and postpartum recovery.
- Email/text support throughout your pregnancy.
- On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby arrives.
- Continuous labour support beginning with

- Email/text support throughout your pregnancy.
- On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby arrives.
- Continuous labour support beginning with active labour and continuing until 1-2 hours after the birth.
- Any photos/videos I have an opportunity to capture during the birth, at your request.
- 1 x 2 hour postpartum visits within the first couple of weeks after birth to support you and talk through your birth. More can be arranged if needed.
- Phone and WhatsApp support during pregnancy and until 4 weeks postpartum.

- If I am your sole birth partner, I can accompany you in theatre for surgery.

As everyone's postpartum journey is so different, during these visits I offer gentle, calm, non-judgemental support in whatever way you need.
Our sessions will be tailored to you and can include:
- Listening to you talk about whatever you need, be this how to care for the baby, anxieties, joys, debriefing the birth and feeding support.
- Watching the baby so you can have some time, maybe to rest or to take a bath, or to just sit.
- Cleaning and sterilising equipment
- Shopping, running errands, cooking nutritious meals.
- Light housework that will help you feel more relaxed.
- Assistance with breast/chest feeding, bottle feeding or however you choose to feed your baby.
- Help you find and access local resources.
- Accompanying you to any appointments.
