Birth Support

£1400

• Free initial consultation. 
• At least 2 x antenatal planning visits to discuss your questions, desires, fears, birth options, written birth preferences, comfort techniques, and postpartum recovery.
• Email/text support throughout your pregnancy.
• On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby arrives.
• Continuous labour support beginning with active labour and continuing until 1-2 hours after the birth.
• Any photos/videos I have an opportunity to capture during the birth, at your request.
• 1 x 2 hour  postpartum visits within the first couple of weeks after birth to support you and talk through your birth. More can be arranged if needed.
• Phone and WhatsApp support during pregnancy and until 4 weeks postpartum. 

£600

• 2 x antenatal planning sessions in person depending upon location or via zoom.
• Continual WhatsApp/text support from the time we start working together until 2 weeks postpartum (9-5 replies)
• 'On call' from 38 weeks until your baby arrives. 
• Breathwork and emotional guidance throughout your pregnancy and labour
• Support throughout your labour 
• Access to experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate support when you want it

£1250

• Free initial consultation.
• 2 x antenatal visits to discuss your questions, birth preferences and postpartum recovery. 
• Email/text support throughout your pregnancy. 
• Company on the day, providing emotional support, distraction and physical comfort.
• If I am your sole birth partner,  I can accompany you in theatre for surgery. 
• Capturing photographs at your request. 
• Where possible, overnight support in hospital to support caring for baby and your needs.
• Phone and WhatsApp support during pregnancy and until 4 weeks postpartum.
• 1 x 2 hour postpartum visits within the first couple of weeks after birth to support you and talk through your birth.
